ABOUT US

Koperasi Kakitangan Taman-Taman Sabah Berhad (English: Sabah Parks Staff Cooperative, abbreviated as KOKTAS) is a cooperative society established on December 2, 1986. Led by a board of directors consisting of Sabah Parks members, KOKTAS generally conducts business activities across several Sabah Parks stations. Additionally, KOKTAS plays a key role in strengthening the socioeconomic status of its registered cooperative members.

The KOKTAS head office, situated here at Kinabalu Park Complex, Ranau District.

To become a model cooperative in the Ranau district by implementing systematic management and administration, as well as maintaining accountability in all business activities managed by the cooperative.

  1. The cooperative is managed using the latest administrative systems, bringing in new technology, and improving the quality of members and cooperative staff.

  2. Cooperative business is focused on the tourism industry. Therefore, the strategy to achieve targets involves prioritizing customer satisfaction by providing services that are the best, of high quality, solid, stable, and authoritative.

  3. Seeking new business opportunities by diversifying income sources so as not to focus solely on the Sabah Parks area.

  4. Identifying competitors in the business world and overcoming competition through healthy practices.
